The video performance was recorded during the opening and closing [the erasing of the work] of The Things We Carried exhibition, in which the artist presented a diptych of drawings mapping her path along the Atlantic Ocean Coast from South to North America and the subsequent move downward from NYC to Miami last year. The ink drawing was created with a line drawn directly in the glass facade of the gallery, separating the artist action to the viewers inside the gallery, turning the act of drawing at the same time private and public.
